Account deletion
You can delete your KlarLoop account and local app data directly in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
- Open KlarLoop.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
This deletes your Firebase login for KlarLoop. Local loops and scheduled reminders for this account are removed from the device.
Request deletion by email
Email kontakt@app-klarloop.patienten-beistand.de with the subject KlarLoop account deletion.
Please include the Google email address you use to sign in to KlarLoop. We use this only to identify the Firebase account and process the request.
Important note about local data
KlarLoop version 1 stores loop content locally on your device. If you request deletion by email, we cannot remotely remove local data from your device. Use the in-app deletion option or uninstall the app.
